The a double room we stayed in was brilliant with comfy beds and a view of WORTHING bus garage and a shower. Very tasty and great breakfast with hot alternatives and served portions and meat, reasonably priced.

The location is very good. Beach, shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms to the rear are quite noisy due to a bus depot and the view is backyard-like.

The room was spotlessly clean and budget with desk for laptop use, we stayed here for 2 nights. The breakfasts where fresh with yogurt and veggies, for example. The good service and the attention to detail!

Breakfast very good, but would have liked to have had a piece of cheese at the Continental breakfast. Very good location, bus nearby for excursions, taxi is cheap and ideal for the way to the station. Wonderful walks by the sea in both directions.
Knowing the English language is an advantage, but communication has always worked

The room was cozy, but the shower pressure was disappointingly low.

The restaurant was astonishing for breakfast, we ordered hot dishes. Besides, the location was marvellous and brilliant for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of ornamental gardens.

Consider requesting a room away from the bus station for a quieter stay and better views.

I couldn't sleep well because it was very brightly lit.

The resturant staff were very well trained, efficient, tidy and very pleasant. The managers and staff could show higher graded hotels how to run an efficient unit. - The breakfast was very nice. The reception staff were very helpful, smart and polite, they gave a good first impression. The housekeeping staff do a very good job, you could tell that the rooms are kept clean and not just dusted over - well done
The decor is a little tired, the corridors were a little gloomy, but neat and clean, would love to see it again if/when it is refurbished

The absolutely central location, close to the beach and the centre. Parking spaces were available in the immediate vicinity. Relatively simple breakfast buffet. Friendly staff
Very simple double room, with a view of the ventilation of the house. One has the impression that everything is getting a bit old.

Stayed at the Chatsworth whilst visiting Brighton for the weekend and was extremely impressed with this lovely hotel and it's fantastic location. After arriving at 10.45 p.m. on a Saturday night where they had wedding celebrations in progress, we were checked in within seconds and shown to our room. All the staff we came across were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was plentiful, varied, hot and better than hotels charging £400 per night. The dining room is lovely with super staff. A gem of a hotel within 20 minutes of the madness of Brighton, a real find and comes highly recommended.

Ideal location. Close to town centre & pier theatre.
Sunday morning breakfast location being moved due to Wedding Fair preparation. Staff seemed a bit "stressed" !
